TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to homestyles4housing.com (herein after referred to as "homestyles") Webmaster and owned by Inline Design Management Group Inc. incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
"Homestyles" provides products and services (hereinafter referred to as "services") to you (hereinafter referred to as "the user"), subject to the following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "TOS"), which may be updated by "homestyles from time to time with or without notice to "the user". Review of the most current TOS can be made through the "homestyles" website link TERMS OF SERVICE; usually located at the bottom of most web pages.
When using the "services", "the user" and "homestyles" shall be subject to any noted and all applicable guidelines of the "TOS" which may be modified occasionally (normally with quarterly updates).
Other and various "services" that are supplied by other "homestyles", partners, contracted associates and/or other third party participants that may have their own TOS or as governed by law within their jurisdictions of business and it is advised that "the user" refer to those TOS as they apply.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
"Homestyles" currently provides "the user" with access to linked housing related resources, including, (soon to come:) network communications systems, forums and additional related products and/or services.
"The user" understands and agrees that the "service" may include marketing material advertising and that these advertisements are a form or "homestyles" resource site support. Unless specifically stated otherwise, any new or existing "services" shall be subject to the TOS. "The user" understands and agrees that the "service" is provided "AS-IS" and that "homestyles" assumes no responsibility for the delivery, deletion, or failure to database storage any of the "the user" personal and or network criteria.
"The user" is responsible for obtaining access to the web and "service" links and understands that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). "The user" is responsible for those fees, including those fees that are associated with the display or delivery. In addition, "the user" must provide and is responsible for all equipment necessary to access the web and the link to "homestyles".
"The user" is made aware that "homestyles" within certain parameters and conditions of "service" may contain mature content and will not be liable for the supervision of viewers' actions. "The user" agrees that they are in full legal compliance within their state/province regions and country in which they live to access and view such "service" within their areas.

"THE USER'S" RESPONSIBILITY OF USE IS
While using "homestyles" products and services and associated links, "the user agrees to:

If "the user" provides any information that is false, inaccurate, incomplete or out dated, or if "homestyles" has reasonable justification to suspect that the intend of the "TOS" has not been adhered to, "homestyles" will have the right to terminate, refuse, or postpone any and/or part of current and/or future services provided by "homestyles".
"THE USER'S" UTILIZIATION
"The user" understands that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other similar and related materials (hereinafter referred to as "Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that "the user", not "homestyles", are entirely responsible for all "content" that "the user" transmits or otherwise uses or makes available via the "service" (EG: postings, links, uploads, emails, etc...).
"Homestyles" does not control the "content" created by "the user" via the "service" and as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such "content".
"The user" understands that by using the "service", "the user" may be exposed to "content" that may be offensive, unreliable, bias or opinioned, or objectionable to some. Under no circumstances will "homestyles" be liable in any way for any "content", including, but not limited to, any and all errors or omissions within the "content", or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any "content".
"The user" agrees to not use the "service" for:
Transmit or otherwise make available any "content" that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable and/or harm minors in any way;
Impersonate any person or entity, or represent themselves as part of the "homestyles" network, or falsely represent your affiliation with a person or entity;
Counterfeit headers or otherwise manipulate identities in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the network;
Transmit or make available any Content that "the user" has no right to make available under any law or under any contractual or fiduciary relationships (similar to; inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
Transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
Transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, through the "homestyles" network.
Transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains corrupt software (eg: viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to limit and/or destroy functionality of any software or hardware electronic equipment or service.
Intentionally or unintentionally violate any local, state/provincial, national or international law.
Stalk or otherwise harass another; or
Collect or store personal data about other users.
"The user" is aware and acknowledges that "homestyles" and its support staff shall have the discretionary right (but are not obliged) to refuse, move or delete any Content available with "homestyles service" that does not maintain the intent of the "TOS". "The user" must evaluate, and assume all risks related with, the use of any Content,
"The user" agrees that "homestyles" may protect and save any and all Content and may disclose Content if required by law.
"The user" is aware that technical support of the "service" will involve transmissions of content over various networks, administrators, and equipment and "homestyles" will be not be liable of third parties misuse of any content.
"THE USER'S" ACCOUNT
As "homestyles" develops over time you may receive an account designation with password upon authorization of membership approval. "The user" is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and will be fully responsible for all activities that occur within or related to that particular account. "The user", upon acceptance will further agree to those terms governing the use of the account.
"The user will immediately notify "homestyles" of any unlawful use of account or any other violation of security, and ensure that "the user" properly manages and utilizes their account.
"Homestyles" cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.
INTERNET AND INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT
"The user" understands and is aware of the global nature of the Internet; "the user" agrees to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from Canada and/or the country in which you reside.
SERVICE AND CONTENT COPYRIGHT
Service and content; (with respect to photos, graphics, audio or video or similar related material and or services) submitted or used becomes the property of "homestyles" or as governed by law and cannot be reproduced in whole or in part without written consent of the original owner of the material.
Material cannot be resold for personal gain unless approved in writing by "homestyles".
"Homestyles" grants "the user" a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the service on a single computer and is not for multiply use. "The user" further agrees not to use and/or give; copyright, patented material to third party individuals for detrimental use to "homestyles" or other enterprises as required by law.
INDEMNITY
"The user" agrees to indemnify "homestyles", and its operations, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR TEMINATION OF SERVICE
"Homestyles" maintains the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part or in whole the "service" with or without notice. "The user agrees that "homestyles" shall not be liable "the user" or any third party for any modification.
"Homestyles" may terminate "the users" use of the Service, and may remove and discard any Content within the "service", for any reason if "homestyles" perceives the uses is outside the intent of the "TOS".
CONNECTIONS AND BUSINESS WITH PROMOTERS & ADVERTISERS
Your correspondence or participation regarding business dealings with promoters (advertisers, etc...) found on or through "homestyles" is solely between "the user" and such advertiser. You agree "homestyles" shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the association with "homestyles".
"The user" further understands that "homestyles" has no control over any links (connections) to third parties that may be provided and/or other World Wide Web sites or resources.
"The user" will not hold "homestyles responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources.
"The user" further acknowledges and agrees that "homestyles" shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
CONCLUDING DISCLAIMER OF ASSURANCE
"THE USER" UNDERSTANDS, ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT:
The use of all and any "homestyles" and affiliated "services" are at the discretions and choices of "the user" and is at the sole risk of "the user". The service provided is on an "AS IS OR WHEN AVAILABLE" basis.
"Homestyles" makes no guarantee and/or warranty, representation that the "service" for "the user" will meet any and/or all of "the user" requirements and may not be free of errors and/or omissions, and content may not be accurate and/or reliable. It is the responsibility of "the user" to ensure that the use and review of all "homestyles services" is used at their discretion for and for its intended purpose along with the intent of the "TOS".
